Credits & payment FAQs
Answers about Solo and Duo, photos, sound, credits, and your uploads.
RapVidGen uses one-time credit packs. The generation cost depends on Solo or Duo, the selected model and the clip length, and is shown before you submit. The Pricing calculator shows the credits and estimated number of videos for each pack. Any promotional credits depend on the active offer; an unlimited or guaranteed free trial is not promised.
Duo includes a scene-image generation step before the video step. Its displayed credit cost includes both steps. Switch Solo/Duo, model and duration in the Pricing calculator to compare the current costs.
If a task ends in a failed status, its charged credits are returned automatically. Some models may retry with a fallback before the task is marked failed. Returning in the same browser can restore an active task; generation time depends on the model and demand. A completed result you dislike is different from a failed task.
No automatic credit return is triggered for a task that completed successfully. AI results may contain visual or audio variations. If a completed result has a problem, contact Support with the task ID for review. A request does not guarantee a refund; applicable purchase terms and consumer rights still apply.
The current offers are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. Sign in to purchase credits; the payment provider shows the payable amount before confirmation. Available credits are deducted when you submit a generation. Check the selected pack and order details for its conditions.
