Acceptance and scope

These terms cover your use of RapVidGen. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Applicable consumer rights and other rights that cannot be excluded remain in effect.

What the service provides

The homepage creator produces short AI photo performances in Solo or Duo mode. Duo prepares a shared scene from two separate portraits before video generation. Available models, lengths and style options are shown in the creator.

AI output can vary in face likeness, number of people, motion, sound and lip sync. A style preset or prompt is a request to a model, not a guarantee of a specific result. Native audio depends on the selected model. The homepage does not provide exact lyric control, custom song upload, voice cloning or a full-song editing workflow.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information needed for your account and orders. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Use Support to report account or order problems.

Portrait permissions and acceptable use

Upload only photos and other content you own or are authorized to use for AI animation. Obtain appropriate permission from the people shown, including a parent or guardian where required for a minor. Do not:

• Make deceptive impersonations, fraudulent endorsements or misleading claims that a person actually performed the generated content.
• Create harassment, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or material that violates another person's privacy or rights.
• Use someone else's copyrighted images, audio, trademarks or likeness without the necessary rights.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, abuse generation or payment systems, distribute malware or disrupt the service.

We may restrict access or remove material to address abuse, rights complaints or service integrity problems.

Credits and payment

Current offers are one-time credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. The Pricing page lists the available packs and calculator. Generation credits depend on the mode, model and supported length. Duo's displayed cost includes its scene-image preparation step.

Review the credits shown before submitting a generation and the amount shown by the payment provider before confirming a purchase. Available credits are deducted when a task starts. Any promotional credits depend on the active offer and the account's actual balance. We do not promise unlimited free generation.

Failed tasks and refund requests

When a task is recorded as failed, its charged credits are returned automatically. A model fallback may be attempted before the task reaches its final status. Credit return for a failed task is different from a refund of a purchased credit pack.

Successful generations do not trigger an automatic credit return solely because the result is not preferred. For a technical issue, duplicate charge or purchase refund request, contact Support with the relevant order or task ID. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, purchase terms and applicable rights; submission does not guarantee a refund.

Uploads, outputs and commercial use

You retain the rights you already have in your uploaded content. You allow the service and its configured providers to process, transform, store and deliver that content as needed for generation and support.

Publishing or commercially using an output requires the rights to its underlying photos, likenesses, audio and other material, and compliance with applicable provider terms. The service does not grant rights to third-party songs, brands or identities, or guarantee that AI outputs are unique or free of third-party claims. A named style does not imply an official partnership or licensed recording.

Media access and retention

Personal uploads and results are not automatically included in public examples. Files use shareable URLs that may be opened by anyone who has the link. The current release does not enforce automatic media expiry or provide self-service media deletion. Use Support to request removal and see the Privacy Policy for processing and retention details. Download a local copy of outputs you wish to keep.

Availability and changes

Generation depends on model providers, storage and network availability. Processing times and results can vary. We may change available options or suspend service for maintenance, security or abuse handling. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the updated date on this page.
