Privacy Policy

How portrait uploads, generated videos, account data and media links are handled.

Last updated: 2026-10-25

What this policy covers

This policy describes how RapVidGen processes information when you create photo rap videos, buy credits or request support. Read it alongside the Terms of Service.

Information processed

  • Account information: the name, email and sign-in information used to provide your account. Social sign-in is handled with the selected identity provider.
  • Creation material: uploaded portraits, the shared scene prepared for Duo, generation settings, task identifiers and generated images or videos.
  • Transaction records: credit balances, orders and payment status. The selected payment processor handles payment credentials; the application does not store full card numbers.
  • Support information: messages and attachments you choose to send in a support ticket.
  • Technical and usage information: request and error information needed to operate the service, plus analytics when enabled. Browser storage may remember the active task so it can be restored when you return.

Why we process this information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, validate uploads, run generation, deliver files, maintain task history and credit records, process orders, respond to support requests and investigate errors or misuse.

AI, storage and payment providers

Generation inputs are sent to the configured AI service, currently Kie and the model providers used for the selected workflow. Duo includes a scene-image step before video generation. Images may pass through a provider upload service so the model can retrieve them. Uploads and completed outputs are stored using the configured media storage service, such as Cloudflare R2.

Identity, payment and analytics providers process information needed for their respective services. Their own terms and policies also apply to their processing. We do not make a blanket claim that every downstream provider uses the same retention or training policy.

Public examples and shareable media links

Personal uploads and generated results are not automatically published in the site's public example collection. Public examples are selected separately.

Media files are delivered through shareable URLs. Anyone with a file's URL may be able to open or copy it without signing in. Account access controls on task history do not make those media URLs private. Avoid uploading sensitive documents, private family material or images you would not want a link recipient to see. Do not share someone else's file links without permission.

Retention and deletion

This release does not enforce a fixed automatic deletion period for uploaded portraits, intermediate images or completed media. Files and task history can remain until removed. Save a local copy of outputs you want to keep; availability is not a permanent archive guarantee.

To request removal or a review of your account data, open Support in your account and identify the relevant task IDs or media links. There is no self-service media-deletion control in this release. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for transactions, disputes, security or applicable obligations. Removing our copy does not remove copies already downloaded, shared, cached or retained by another provider under its own policy.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in and preferences. Attribution cookies may record campaign or referring-site information. Analytics and advertising integrations depend on the site's enabled settings. Where cookie preferences are enabled, use Cookie Settings in the footer to review your choice.

Security and responsible uploading

We use authentication and application access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Upload only material you are entitled to use and obtain appropriate consent from the people shown. Do not submit images for deceptive impersonation, harassment or privacy violations.

Questions and changes

Use account Support for privacy questions and data requests. We will update the date on this page when these practices change. Relevant user rights and applicable obligations continue to apply.
